What if my package gets lost/stolen or arrives damaged?Updated a month ago

Stolen 

Darn those pesky thieves! In the unfortunate event that your package is stolen after delivery, please reach out to our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and any relevant details or camera footage catching the porch pirates.  

We’ll work with you to help resolve the situation. 

Damaged 

We know how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged package, and we’re here to make it right. If this happens, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item(s) or packaging. 

We’ll review everything and, if needed, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
